I am inspired by tangible, functional objects that we interacts with in the daily life. My forms are often organic with volume, inspired by the nature and my intuition. When I see an object, I often think of how can I convert it into my own art.

Mimi He is a freelance ceramics artist, graduated from Sheridan College for the Bachelor of Craft and Design in 2021. She is passionate about exploring new forms and designs, approaching through hand building and slip casting.
She was born in Montreal, Quebec, and raised in Beijing,China. In 2017, Mimi moved back to Canada to pursue her post-secondary education.
